This dramatic and deeply romantic ring features a beautifully carved, vintage cameo from Italy prong set in oxidized sterling silver with a split shank band in 18k yellow gold. The cameo depicts an elegant, reclining maiden offering a chalice to a bird in flight. The ring measures approximately 25 x 20mm, and sits about 5mm high on the finger. The back of the ring tapers to a very comfortable 3mm band.
