Our classic 18K gold nail ring gets slightly elevated with the addition of a pavé diamond head. The head of the nail measures approximately 5mm wide, and the band tapers from about 2.5mm to 1.5mm wide. This ring is extremely comfortable to wear and makes a great everyday staple. It is currently available in a size 6.5, and is shown here in 18K yellow gold, but may be ordered in 18K rose or white gold as well, and in the size that's right for you. Prices may vary depending on size ordered.
